A full-stack smart campus portal that keeps students connected to university activities, events, and resources. Features a 3D constellation canvas background, opaque obsidian card UI, and a standby fail-safe system that falls back to seeded data when the Express + MySQL API is offline.
Full-stack Rental Property Management
A scalable multi-role rental platform with JWT auth (Admin / Owner / Tenant / Staff), Aadhaar verification, an AI fraud risk engine (0–100), PDFKit lease generation, secure document vault, and an analytics dashboard. Falls back gracefully to offline demo mode.
AES-256 encrypted P2P file transfer
Production-grade AES-256 encrypted peer-to-peer file transfer in Java using TCP Socket Programming and Multithreading. Includes checksum validation, token-based authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
